Returns – Online Orders
You can return any item purchased on www.runningbath.co.uk within 28 days of receipt for a refund, or to exchange for the same item in an alternative size or colour.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, labels and tags attached. Items packaged in a box, e.g., footwear, must be returned within an outer bag or box for protection. Please do not apply any packaging or returns postage directly to the shoe box.
All returns must have a completed returns form. Please download our returns form here.
If you wish to return an item then we would strongly recommend you use a recorded method of carriage, as we are not responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. The returns postal address is:

If the item that you have purchased is faulty please email mail@runningbath.co.uk to explain the problem, and we’ll then be able to advise the best course of action.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Timescales may differ depending on your card issuer and can take up to 10 working days. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Returns – In Store Purchases
You can return any item purchased in store at Running Bath within 28 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or for store credit.
